Designed to offer student housing for the dense University District, B45’s amenity design references the hustle and energy that this demographic brings to the neighborhood. At Street level, the space is playfully animated by a pavilion crafted in wood providing a variety of seating arrangements to study or socialize. On the second level, a quiet work from home suite offers a relaxed atmosphere. With views overlooking Portage Bay, the rooftop amenity area features a series of active and social spaces: a spacious lounge, game room, a fitness area as well as a rooftop terrace.
