Firmly rooted in the Westlake neighborhood, this 252-unit high-rise, composed of two towers, is anchored by a centrally shared podium within the steep slope of the site. The design creates an urban connection to nature through its use of outdoor spaces, forging a symbiotic relationship with its surroundings. Extraordinary regional views are enjoyed from the expansive roof solarium and patio spaces. Northwest Regionalism is expressed throughout the amenity spaces with rich, natural materials.
