The amenity spaces are concentrated in one building and face the terraces and landscape of these interior courtyards. A unique barrel vaulted ceiling, like a pavilion, encompasses all of the amenity spaces and creates an interconnected experience with the landscape. A demonstration kitchen and tenant wine vault draws inspiration from Columbia City’s culture of restaurants and farmers’ markets.
