Block 4A is a 35-unit mixed use project located in the Roosevelt neighborhood. The client seeks to create an oasis that buffers the inhabitants from the stressors of the outside world. With that in mind, the team explored a curated tea house inspired design. The interiors explored serenity within a minimalist palette.
