This 8-story 86-unit project fronts Gilman Park in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, a mixed-use urban district with diverse and active uses. The project seeks to encourage a sense of community within the building and creates strong connections to the street and the park. Influenced by Scandinavian roots, the interiors are crisp and immersive, mixing bold finishes with a maritime theme.
